The resulting analysis can then be routed for review, edits, and approval by your data stewards. Analysis can be on demand or part of a batch import.

AI models can be deployed against a wide array of reporting tools, ETL/integration tools, queries, or code repositories to map process metadata to the Data Cookbook’s integration platform and API standards.

Policy Attribute Discovery and Import

The Data Cookbook allows clients to define custom policy attributes (such as data privacy flags) that can then be associated with data catalog content. AI tools can then be used to scan data systems for data model objects that should be tagged with your policy attributes. AI-generated supplemental metadata content can then be imported into the Data Cookbook for the tagged catalog content.
